Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your order confirmation email. This processing window excludes weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and courier details.
Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time, which varies depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. During peak periods or product releases, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within Canada and the United States (amount before tax):

Orders under $50 CAD – $9CAD flat rate shipping or other options will be calculated at checkout based on Canada Post rates.

Orders between $50–$99 CAD – Enjoy $6CAD flat-rate shipping.

Orders over $100 – Receive free standard shipping.
Important Note:
If you only have 1 outstanding order with us, and it is over $100 and also contains pre-order items, it will be shipped only once all items in your cart (both pre-order and in-stock) are available. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us in advance. Additional shipping fees may apply for split shipments.
United States Shipping Rates & Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping options for orders within Canada and the United States:

US Tariff/Duties: Please note that standard shipments typically take 4–7 business days at the U.S. border for customs clearance before being released to your local post office for delivery.
If you selected standard free shipping, all duties are fully covered by Horizon Diecast. However, if you prefer an alternative method such as Purolator, please be aware that any applicable duties will be your responsibility.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order.
Pre-Orders:
If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order (including in-stock items) will be held and shipped together once all items become available. If you’d prefer to receive in-stock items first, please place in stock and preorder models in separate orders or please contact us — additional shipping fees may apply.
Import Duties & Taxes
International orders (including shipment to the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges (including VAT), which are determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Horizon Diecast does not collect or reimburse any international duties or taxes.
Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
"Group My Orders" into One Shipment
This option is available to customers who have existing unshipped or unfulfilled orders and would like to add more items to ship everything together in a single package. This is ideal for customers who wish to include new pre-order items with previous pending orders to save on shipping fees.
You may request your items to be shipped once enough of your combined order has arrived and meets a shipping threshold (outlined below).
Shipping Fee Conditions:

If the “Group My Orders” value of the outstanding items reaches $100 CAD or more, the shipment qualifies for free shipping.

If the total is between $50–$99 CAD, a $6 flat-rate shipping fee applies.

If the total is under $50 CAD, shipping will be charged at the Canada Post calculated rate.
An invoice will be sent if additional shipping costs apply before your order is dispatched.
Important:
Grouped shipping is only available if you already have an unshipped order on file and either:

The original order included paid or free shipping, or
-
The total value of all combined orders qualifies for free shipping.
If no prior unfulfilled order exists, or this is your first order with “grouped shipping” selected, the shipment will not proceed until applicable shipping fees are paid.
Shipping Address Change:
Customers requesting a shipping address change must submit their request within 48 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes are no longer available and cannot be guaranteed, as the package is already in transit with the carrier. In such cases, we will not be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided on the original order.
Order Pause / Hold Requests
Requests to pause a shipment must be submitted before shipment or within 24 hours of receiving the tracking information.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests received within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee changes once the shipment process has progressed.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and courier information. You can use this number to track your shipment online.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, address updates cannot be guaranteed.
Can I place my order on hold?
Yes. Please contact us before fulfillment begins or within 24 hours of receiving your tracking notification. Requests submitted after this period may not be possible.
